Mad Monster Month 2014 - Classic Monster Mash
This year's theme is to take monsters that already exist, such as the vampire of the werewolf, and craft a new interpretation of them. During the scary month of October I'll do one monster every day. Mad Monster Month has been running since 2010.
October 29th - Ghost
This guy ties in (pun intended) with the words 'mortal coil'..as in shuffling off it. This is a very literal coil that wraps around the dead and dying and drags them to a place between worlds where they are left to scream and claw at the edges of our world.
